Working alongside Nele Azevedo on the “Minimum Monument” project for the Celebration of Rome 2020 it was an inspiring and transformative experience.

As part of the team, I contribute to bring Azevedo’s vision to life.

The “Minimum Monument” project itself was a powerful statement on the collective human experience, inviting viewers to contemplate themes of impermanence, memory, and community. Azevedo’s delicate ice sculptures, meticulously crafted to resemble miniature human figures, served as a poignant reminder of the transient nature of life and the importance of cherishing fleeting moments.
